Suitcase handle
The mechanism reproduced in full, button included, and compatible with the original screws.
The challenge
The handle of a suitcase broke, and with it the up-and-down button and the whole internal mechanism. It is the part used on every trip: without it, the suitcase loses its main function.
The constraints
The replacement had to fit the existing tubes and be compatible with the original screws, so that it could be fitted to the suitcase without modifying it or drilling anything new.
The solution
A complete replacement of the handle —body, button and internal mechanism— reproduced to keep the operation, the appearance and the ergonomics of the original part.
